Sarah Goddard - Divisional Director
Sarah has 16 years of recruitment experience garnered from initially working at a leading multinational, Hays Recruitment, progressing to a Regional Manager covering the 7 Thames Valley offices (and including working with big pharma clients), then working as Manager for the South-East for Hewitson Walker, before joining Clinical Professionals as the UK Country Manager in 2009.
Since joining Clinical Professionals, Sarah has progressed to Divisional Director having been involved in strategic account development across all functional areas, start-up of our successful Medical Communications Professionals brand, as well as being instrumental in the development of our Academy division – a truly unique, award-winning suite of training programmes that help us invest back into industry and create a supply of talent for our clients, whilst ensuring the future stars are given the best training and opportunities in industry.
Sarah also has operational oversight for the Hosted/FSP Employment Team. Passionate about exemplary staffing solutions, as well training and development in the life sciences sector, Sarah is looking to grow and bolster the Academy team and grow it geographically.
Nikki Doyle - Hosted/FSP Employment Manager
Nikki has 7 years of Clinical Research experience.
Starting her career as an administrator at King’s Health Partners Clinical Trials Office, she was promoted swiftly. Firstly as a Facilitator, managing a large portfolio of trials for 4 NHS sites, and then onto leading the setup and management of a new Clinical Trials Unit for the Dental Institute.
Nikki then moved to a niche CRO to head the commercial activity and oversee ongoing activity at the clinical site.
In 2016, Nikki completed her MSc in Clinical Research, focusing her thesis on the provision of education of HIV, encompassing her passions for education and research.
This year, Nikki has taken on the responsibility of chairing the Education & Training Working Group of the European CRO Federation which undertakes the coordination of training provision for their Membership which comprises over 25,000 employees working in 350 Companies across 23 Countries.
Nikki joined Clinical Professionals in 2016 as a Hosted Employee and Academy Manager.
After completing her degree in Human Resources Karolina worked in busy high street recruitment agency prior to joining the Graduate Academy team in August 2018.
She provides support for the smooth running of all Academy operations and also focuses on managing the increasing candidate pool by continually advertising the Academy and attending career fairs in most of the Universities looking for extraordinary talents and promoting the Graduate Academy across the UK. Her role also involves initial screening and interviewing a high volume of candidates, running Assessment Centres and making sure our Academies run smoothly.
Karolina also keeps in touch with all of our Trained Graduates making sure they are happy with their current roles, organising reunions and helping them identify new opportunities to continue the professional development.
Stephen Wincott - Managing Consultant
Stephen has a strong sales background with sixteen years of specialist recruitment experience ranging from Finance & Accountancy to Data Analytics working mainly for smaller, owner managed Consultancies.
Stephen wanted a fresh challenge and joined the Clinical Professionals team in June 2017 as a Senior Consultant to carry on the good work of developing the Client relationships for the Graduate Academy, ensuring we have a pipeline of interesting opportunities to discuss once the Graduates have completed their training.
Recently promoted to Managing Consultant, he is driven by the desire to give back to the industry through these first to industry roles and takes great pleasure in challenging hiring managers that they don’t need to search for Candidates with a years’ experience, they need one of our Trained Graduates!
